Just out a week ago, this easy read is a novelised version of the arrival of St. Fittick at Torry and the beginning of his mission to bring Christianity to the area, following in the footsteps of Columba, Colman and Machar. Beatrice Hale now lives in New Zealand but she was born and raised in Torry and her love for the area shines through. The pretty cover illustration is by Aberdeen artist Sheila Donald.
